Beginning in July we will be featuring Food Demonstrations with Stephen Moise – a well renowned Executive Chef for Resorts West at Lake Tahoe. As our Guest Chef, Stephen will share his lifelong love of food and his personal recipes, focusing on the summer season's favorite flavors.

Tuesdays 5-6:30pm at Zephyr Cove
July 8th - Barbeque
July 15th  - Salads/Dressings
July 22nd  - Kids Cuisine
July 29th  - Desserts
August 5th  - Clambake

Includes recipe and glass of wine paired with daily food demonstration
