Sunset Cruise Dining Experience With more variety and intriguing western tastes, full fare dining comes on- board. Against a backdrop of amazing views, start your dinner with a plated wedge salad topped with vinaigrette and dried cranberries. Next take in the techniques at three entree stations as our culinary staff introduce you to our signature Chili and Stew Station that features Cowpoke Chili, Vegetable Pot Rustler Stew and Ranch House Baked Beans. The next station features Lake Tahoe Style Trout dressed with Pine Nut Cornmeal and a Lemon Herb Sauce, hand carved Peppered Prime Rib of Beef served with our Signature Rustler Steak Sauce and Roast Turkey Breast with a Wild Mushroom Demi-Glace. Compliment your entrees with Roasted Corn on the Cob topped with Cumin Butter, Cowboy Skillet Potatoes and Fire Roasted Squash. Then enjoy a sample of tempting desserts from last station. Cocktails and wine available for purchase. All of this accompanied by after-dinner dancing to "the Steve Walker Band". Departs daily at 6PM. |
