Tahoe Queen Sierra Sunset Dinner Cruise Here's to more romance as you sail into the sunset toward Emerald Bay. With more variety and intriguing western tastes, full fare dining comes on- board. Against a backdrop of amazing views, start your dinner with a plated wedge salad topped with vinaigrette and dried cranberries. Next take in the techniques at three entree stations as our culinary staff introduce you to Lake Tahoe Style Trout dressed with Pine Nut Cornmeal and a Lemon Herb Sauce, hand carved Peppered Prime Rib of Beef served with our Signature Rustler Steak Sauce and Roast Turkey Breast with a Wild Mushroom Demi-Glace.
