If you’ve been curious to discover what houseboating is really all about, here’s a fun and easy way to do it—without committing to a houseboat rental. Our “Houseboating 101” weekends give you a hands-on houseboating experience and detailed instruction, all at an affordable price. It’s the perfect way to “get your feet wet,” and gain an invaluable education that you can put to use when you rent your own houseboat. Plus this package includes lodging, meals, and professional training. It’s the only program of its kind in the country, and it’s one of the best values on Lake Powell. Consider all you get:

• Orientation to all houseboating systems
• Hands-on practice piloting both a houseboat and powerboat
• Hands-on practice beaching and anchoring a houseboat
• Hands-on practice towing and securing a powerboat
• Personal instruction on navigation and boating rules
