Captain's Dinner Dance on the M.S. Dixie

Sailing off into the sunset, you're on your way to a magical evening of dinner, dancing, and starlit strolls. A narration featuring intriguing stories about Fanette Island and Vikingsholm, will whet your appetite for four gourmet courses. Select from entrees like Angus beef top sirloin or macadamia-crusted mahi-mahi. Our signature cocktails and fine wines are available for purchase. Features Safari playing hits from all eras.

Tahoe Queen Sierra Sunset Dinner Cruise

Here's to more romance as you sail into the sunset toward Emerald Bay. With more variety and intriguing tastes, fabulous dining comes aboard. Against a backdrop of amazing views, begin your dinner with 2^nd deck boarding appetizers. We offer the following to get you started: fresh fruit, cheese and bread, Dungeness crab & avocado salad with fresh corn tortilla chips, tomato bruschetta and garlic crostini,  vegetable crudite, sweet chili chicken sate and mini quiche. 1^st deck action stations feature herb roasted beef prime rib carving station with brandied mushroom ragout and roasted herbed fingerlings. The second station offers shrimp provencal penne pasta, alfredo sauce, roasted red pepper coulis, and roasted vegetables.  Cocktails and wine are available for purchase. And after dinner? All of this accompanied by dancing to Steve Walker (or the Steve Walker Band) or stroll the beautiful starlit deck.  Cruise time is two and a half hours.

• Adults $75.00, Children $41.00
• Departs year-round from Ski Run Marina. The physical address is 900 Ski Run Boulevard, South Lake Tahoe, CA. Ski Run Marina is just minutes west of Stateline off of Highway 50. Please check-in at the ticket booth located next to the pier prior to boarding the boat.

Cruise Policies

• Cruises are subject to cancellation due to snow, weather, or other conditions.

• Check-in: Please check in at least one half hour before departure time to pick up boarding passes.

• Payment Policy: Full payment plus tax is due at time of booking.

• Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to departure time in order to avoid a no show or cancellation fee of full payment.

• Pet Policy: Only service animals are allowed on the boat.

• Miscellaneous: No smoking is allowed inside the M.S. Dixie II or the Tahoe Queen; however, smoking is permitted on the 3rd deck and outside viewing areas. The M.S. Dixie II and the Tahoe Queen are climate controlled.

• Please Note: Due to increased National Security Levels, we reserve the right to search guests and their personal belongings prior to boarding the boat.
