Below are some of the types of positions we offer but please see our current open positions with detailed job descriptions.

  • Administrative: Provides general support of various functions to employees and managers. These positions provide exceptional service to our employees and guest.
  • Boat Operations: Responsible for understanding and following rules and regulations to ensure the safety of our crew, guests and vessels. These positions include the captains, supervisors, engineers, deckhands, culinary and front of house employees focused on delivering the highest level of customer service, safety and sanitation.
  • Culinary: Prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Work together to ensure smooth restaurant operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • CDL Transpiration Drivers: Responsible for understanding and following rules and regulations to ensure the safety of our crew, guests and fleet. These employees are focused on delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Fleet Services: Perform daily and preventative mechanical duties on all of the fleet including but not limited to boats, personal water crafts, vehicles, snowmobiles and golf carts.
  • Food and Beverage Front of House: Delivers the highest level of service while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The employees set up, serve, and clean-up appropriate service items for dining room, banquet style functions and meal services at those functions. They work together to ensure smooth restaurant operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Services, Front Desk and Reservations: Ensures guest satisfaction by booking reservations, coordinating registration and checkout, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
  • Housekeeping: Responsible for cleaning assigned rooms, linens, hallways, carpets and other designated amenities and areas in accordance with the highest cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Maintenance / Groundskeeper: Perform daily and preventative building maintenance duties including, but not limited to, plumbing leaks and stoppages, lighting repairs/replacement, minor electrical replacements, minor HVAC troubleshooting and reporting, structural component repairs (carpentry), painting, furniture assembly and repair and general duties.
  • Management: Provides leadership, oversees the operation, and provides direction for various functions and departments. Responsible for accomplishing department objectives by leading a team, planning and evaluating department activities.
  • Marina and Recreation: Responsible for understanding and following rules and regulations to ensure the safety of our crew, guests and vessels. These positions include the parasail captains, supervisors, dockhands, deckhands, marina office workers and marina beach boat positions focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and safety.
  • Retail: responsible for the coordination of gift shop services, including selling and restocking the gift shop items. Welcomes and accommodates guests and staff in an effective and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Provides the successful coordination and booking of all sales activities and events to ensure the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Snowmobile and Recreation: Responsible for understanding and following rules and regulations to ensure the safety of our crew, guests and vehicles. These employees are focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and safety.
  • Security and Parking: Responsible for the security of the entire resort. These employees are knowledgeable of our security and parking policies, procedures, and operational facilities.
  • Special Events and Catering: Set up, service, and clean-up of appropriate service items for dining room and banquet style functions and meal services at those functions.
