Hit the Trail
At South Lake Tahoe, all trails lead to fun! Zephyr Cove Resort Stables guided horseback trail rides are a great way to experience the area’s serenity and beauty in summer. As you amble over forested scenic trails you'll enjoy amazing vistas of the crystal clear blue lake and the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains.
Horseback Ridining
Rides offered are 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours – all with friendly cowboys as your guide. Add to the fun with a Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner Ride where you enjoy a trail ride (approximately one hour), then a ride in a hay trailer back to the picnic area for a hearty meal sure to please cowboys and gals alike. Please note: Minimum of 10 riders required for meal rides.
Families and groups are welcome. Minimum age 7 years. Weight limit 225 lbs. All rides are guided and reservations are recommended.
