WEATHER: Occasionally, due to severe weather, Scenic Cruises, Snowmobile Tours, & Ski Shuttle may be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. In this event, we will make every attempt possible to notify you. There will be no charge to you as a result.
SCENIC CRUISES
Payment Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card at time of booking. The credit card will be processed upon scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged. The following holiday cruises must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival: New Year's Eve Cruise, Mother's Day Brunch, Opening Day at the Lake Sternwheeler Race, July 4th Fireworks Cruise
CABINS, LODGE ACCOMMODATIONS, RV SPACES & CAMPGROUND
Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival local time to receive a refund (1st night less $20 cancellation fee). All cancellations inside of aforementioned times will be assessed a one night’s stay plus tax cancellation charge. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. For this reason we recommend travel insurance.
SNOWMOBILE TOUR
RIDERS MUST BE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OLD TO RIDE WITH AN ADULT AND 15 TO DRIVE THEIR OWN MACHINE. MAX OF 2 RIDERS PER MACHINE.
Payment Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card at the time of booking. The credit card will be processed upon scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled no later than 8AM local time the day of tour departure to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per single rider or $75 per double rider reservation.
SKI SHUTTLE
Payment Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card at the time of booking. The credit card will be processed on day of shuttle departure.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to shuttle departure date to receive a full refund.
WATERCRAFT & WATER TOYS
PRINCIPAL RENTER MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Payment Policy: Damage deposit is due at time of booking. The full rental fee is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Small watercraft and water toys must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
Check in/out: Scenic Cruises & Snowmobile Tours, arrive ½ hour prior to tour departure time. Cruises aboard the M.S. Dixie II depart from Zephyr Cove Marina. Cruises aboard the Tahoe Queen depart from Ski Run Marina. Snowmobile Tours depart from Zephyr Cove Resort Lodge.
Miscellaneous
Lodge Information: Cabins & Lodging, check in begins 3PM, checkout by 11AM. RV/Campground, check in begins 1PM, check out by 11AM. ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE RV PARK (not the lodge).

Pets: Pets are permitted in cabins for a $15 per night, per pet fee. Pets are allowed in RV/Campground free of charge. Pets must always be on a leash and never be left unattended or tied up. Guest must clean up pet waste.
