As part of the Aramark employees benefit program, Aramark's leisure division offers discounts on rooms to Aramark employees at our various lodging destinations.
Discount: Employees can save up to 40% off the Best Available Rate. Employees may reserve up to two lodging reservations at the discounted rate and must be traveling with the party and be present at check-in.
To Book: Employees must provide the Employee Rate Authorization Form with a signature from the General Manager of their Aramark location verifying employment and authorizing the employee to receive the rate. Room reservations should be made online via the link below. If you do not see the employee rate return, it is not available.
