    The M.S. Dixie II departs from historic Zephyr Cove, Nevada at 760 U.S. Hwy 50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448. Please check-in 30 minutes prior to departure time to receive boarding passes. Prepaid reservations may wait for boarding call at the end of the pier, unpaid reservations must go to the ticket booth prior to embark. 

  • Shuttle Service & Parking Shuttle Service & Parking

    Complimentary shuttle transportation is offered from select local Lake Tahoe areas. You will have the opportunity to opt-in for this shuttle service during the online booking process. There is a nominal transportation fee for groups of 20 or more. Limited on-site parking is also available.
    When you book your reservation, you will see the option to select your shuttle pick up and location. Locations include:

    3 Peaks (9321 Park Ave)1 hour and 5 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby.
    Beach Retreat (3411 Lake Tahoe Blvd)1 hour and 20 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the designated bus stop in the parking area. Look for the sign.
    Edgewood (180 Lake Pkwy)Edgewood will be providing transportation from Edgewood to Zephyr Cove Resort. Please confirm the transportation details directly with the Edgewood Concierge.
    Golden Nugget (50 US-50)45 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the valet entrance at the main lobby.
    Harrah's Lake Tahoe (15 US-50)55 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the rear entrance near the arcade.
    Hotel Azure (3300 Lake Tahoe Blvd)1 hour and 15 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the parking area on Freemont St.
    Lakeland Village (3535 Lake Tahoe Blvd)1 hour and 20 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the designated bus stop in the parking area. Look for the sign.
    The Landing (4104 Lakeshore Blvd)1 hour prior to cruise departure. Meet at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby.
    Station House (901 Park Ave)1 hour and 5 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet on Pine Blvd. Ask the front desk for directions.
  • Table Seating Table Seating

    For dinner you will be seated at community tables of 6 guests. For a private table experience 6 tickets must be purchased. 

  • Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy

    Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to departure time in order to avoid a no show or cancellation fee of full payment. 

  • Pet Policy Pet Policy

    Service animals are permitted on the cruise. No other animals are allowed. 

  • Smoking Policy Smoking Policy

    No smoking is allowed inside the M.S. Dixie II; Smoking is prohibited on the 3rd deck and outside viewing areas. 

  • Gratuity Gratuity

    For parties of 8 or more, a 20% gratuity will automatically apply. Guest will be required to pre-pay the gratuity charge upon arrival. 

  • Security Procedure Security Procedure

    Due to increased National Security Levels, we reserve the right to search guests and their personal belongings prior to boarding the boat. 

  • Accessibility Accessibility

    The M.S. Dixie II comes equipped with a handicap-accessible restroom. Wheelchairs are permitted on the boat, but there are no elevators on board to take the guest to the second deck.
