- Check-In & Check-Out Times Check in at the General Store open from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. For after-hours check-in, please call 775.220.0578. Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Cancellation Policy Cancels/changes made outside 48 hours from arrival will be charged a $20 fee. Cancels/changes made within 48 hours will be charged for the first night deposit. The same cancel policy applies year-round.
- Payment Policy The first night stay is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of check-out.
- Pet Policy Pets are not allowed in Airstreams.
