What are our check-in and check-out times?

Guests can check-in at the Zephyr Cove General Store from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. For after-hours check-in please call 775.589.4949. Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
What if a guest arrives late after the front desk is closed?

After hours arrivals should contact security after hours phone 775.220.0578. A security team member on property will have your site number, arrival paperwork and guide you to your site.
What is our pet policy?

Zephyr Cove is a pet-friendly resort. Find out more here.
Can we get a monthly stay permit for the campground?

No, there is a year-round 14-night maximum stay.
Can you accommodate a 40' RV or bigger?

Yes, we have several sites that can accommodate up to 50'.
What kind of hook ups do the RV sites have?

The RV sites feature water, sewer, and electricity that are included in the nightly rate. There is free Wi-Fi available in the resort main lobby and restaurant, which is a few minutes' walk from the campground.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and changes made outside 48 hours from check-in will be charged a $20.00 fee. Cancellations and changes made within the 48 hours will be charged for the first night room deposit.
