The Pavilion at Zephyr Cove
Located at Zephyr Cove Resort & Marina, the Pavilion offers you a tremendous variety of activities, from a barbecue or cocktail party to an outdoor sporting event. Take your group wave running, kayaking, waterskiing, or snowmobiling. You can also combine an outdoor retreat at Zephyr Cove with a cruise for an unforgettable day.
The Lodge
Our traditional Tahoe-style lodge is a popular venue for group events, holiday parties and special celebrations. It features a large stone fireplace, a setting amid the pines along the lakeshore and a large deck for outdoor events. Our chef specializes in local and sustainable cuisine, and can customize a menu for your special event. Complete bar services are available, and we can help you coordinate decor and entertainment to complete your event. The Lodge is just steps from the beach and all the activity of Zephyr Cove Resort.
M.S. Dixie II
The M.S. Dixie II is built in the traditional Southern style of the steamboats that once cruised the Mississippi River. Built upriver on the Mississippi and transported in sections to Zephyr Cove, she made her first launch on Lake Tahoe in 1994. She is 151’ long and 33’ wide, and has three decks. The M.S. Dixie II hosts year-round dinner-dance and sightseeing cruises and is available or private functions, weddings and charters.
Tahoe Paradise
The Paradise is the largest yacht of its style on Lake Tahoe. She caters to any type of charter, from weddings to birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, private parties and corporate events. The 82’ yacht has a fully enclosed, climate controlled main deck with a beautiful forward atrium, full-service bar and galley.
Large picture windows provide a perfect setting with a panoramic view of the lake and Sierra Nevada Mountains. Her partially enclosed upper deck can easily be transformed into a dance floor for parties or receptions, allowing your guests to be entertained for the entire cruise.

Things You Should Know
To ensure your event is successful and memorable, below is our list of event guidelines:
| Advance deposits along with signed contracts are required to confirm and book an event. Deposits are non-refunable. |
| Payment in full is required prior to event date. |
| Zephyr Cove Resort and Lake Tahoe Cruises are not responsible for the product and services of individual vendors not hired directly through us. The vendor must satisfy the client in regards to services rendered. |
| Boat and land venue maximums must be adhered to. |
| Applicable taxes and service charges will be added on to any price quotes. |
| Menu items and pricing are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed more than six months in advance of the event. |
| Outside food and beverage is prohibited. |
| Clients shall comply with all applicable local and state liquor laws. |
| Changes to any contract must be made by written addendum. |
| Zephyr Cove Resort and Lake Tahoe Cruises coordinators will correspond with one contact and this contact must be empowered to authorize all requests, revisions, and changes. |
| Final guarantees are due at least 7 days prior to event date. Guarantees are upheld and no refunds will be offered for any no-shows. Guest count increases above the guarantee will be available only if space allows and charged at full adult rates. |
| Smoking is prohibited in some venue areas. |
| Parking fees at event venues may apply and are the responsibility of the individual guests unless the client is assuming the fees for the group. Parking spaces are not guaranteed. They are available on a first come basis. |
| All personal belongings must be removed from the event site and the conclusion of the event. Zephyr Cove Resort and Lake Tahoe Cruises are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. |
| Zephyr Cove Resorts and Lake Tahoe Cruises staff or coordinators are not responsible for any personal items or set up of person items. |
| Extensive set ups or removal of existing equipment will result in additional fees. |
| No candles or open flames permitted on board any of our boats. |
