Lodging Info & Policies

Payment: The first night stay is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of checkout.

Cancellation: All Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and non-modifiable. Other reservations cancelled or changed more than 48 hours from arrival date will be charged a $20 fee. Reservations cancelled or changed less than 48 hours of arrival date forfeit the first night's deposit.

Pets: Pets are prohibited in all lodge rooms. Pets are allowed in all cabins. There is a $20 charge per pet, per night. 2 pet maximum (non-refundable). Additional excessive cleaning fees still apply when needed. 

Smoking: All indoor facilities including guest room and cabins at the property are non-smoking. Violating this policy may result in a $300 fine. Smoking is permitted outside at designated areas. 

Camping Info & Policies

Check-In/Out: Guests can check-in at the Zephyr Cove General Store from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. For after hours check-in please call 775.220.0578

Payment: For standard RV sites, camping and Airstreams, the first night stay is due at time of booking . Remaining balance is due at time of checkout. For premium RV sites full amount is due at time of booking.  

Cancellation: For standard RV sites, camping and Airstreams, cancellations and changes made outside 48 hours from check-in will be charged a $20 fee. Cancellations and changes made inside the 48 hours will be charged the first night room deposit. 

Pets: Pets are allowed and must be on a leash at all times. Pets must never be left tied up alone outside. Pets are not allowed on the Zephyr Cove Beach. 

Parking: Guests are allotted two parking spaces. Upon check-in, guests will receive on parking pass and one guest pass to park on the property. 

Cruise Info & Policies

Check-In: Check-in at the M.S. Dixie II Ticket Booth at least 30 - 45 minutes before departure time to pick up boarding passes.

Payment: Full payment plus tax is due at time of booking.

Cancellation: Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to departure time in order to avoid a no show or cancellation fee of full payment.

Parasailing Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to departure time in order to avoid a no show or cancellation fee of full payment.

Pets: Only service animals are allowed on the boat. 

Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the M.S. Dixie II; Smoking is prohibited on the 3rd deck and outside viewing areas.

Food & Beverage: No outside food or beverages will be allowed on the cruise. Food is available for purchase on board. 

Parking: Parking at Zephyr Cove Resort is $10 per car, and spots are limited during the summer season. We encourage you to utilize our complimentary shuttle service if possible. 

Shuttle Service: We provide a complimentary Shuttle pick-up and drop-off service, however the service is first-come, first-serve. There is a nominal transportation fee for groups of 20 or more. If space is not available, guests will have to find their own way to Zephyr Cove Resort for M.S. Dixie II.

Snowmobiles Info & Policies

Check-In: Please arrive 90 minutes prior to tour departure time. 

Payment: Full payment is due at time of booking. 

Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled/changed 48 hours prior to arrival, if they cancel/change inside 48 hrs guest will not be issued a refund. No refunds for no shows or guests that are late for the tour. All guests must check in at the snowmobile desk, located at the Zephyr Cove Resort lodge 1 hour-30 minutes prior to the tour start time.
